Who is responsible

The data controller is Ricardo Shinji Nakadomari, trading as Tsunami TCG. Contact: hello@tsunamitcg.com.

This website does not track you

The pages on tsunamitcg.com set no cookies, run no analytics, and embed nothing from third parties — fonts and styles are served from this domain. Reading the site leaves us with nothing that identifies you.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

What we hold if you subscribe

When you subscribe to Edge:

Payment data is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your card details go to Paddle and never reach us. We receive your email address, your country, and the status of your subscription — the minimum needed to give you access and to answer support questions.

Discord access. To deliver the reports we need your Discord username so we can assign your subscriber role. That is stored alongside your subscription status.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process this data to perform the contract you entered into when subscribing, and to meet the accounting and tax obligations that come with being paid.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that make the service work: Paddle (payments), Discord (delivery), and our hosting provider. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Subscription and contact data is kept while your subscription is active. After it ends we keep the records needed for tax and accounting for as long as the law requires, and delete the rest.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@tsunamitcg.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, the relevant authority is the ANPD.

Children

Edge is not sold to children under 16. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is announced to subscribers in the Discord server.
