Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

This website and the Tsunami TCG service are operated by Ricardo Shinji Nakadomari, an individual sole trader based in Brazil, trading as “Tsunami TCG”. You can reach us at hello@tsunamitcg.com, and we answer within two business days.

If you need our full registered address for a legal or accounting purpose, write to that address and we will provide it.

2. What we sell

Tsunami TCG publishes written analysis of the competitive Pokémon Trading Card Game: tournament results, deck statistics, decklists and comparisons between the Japanese and Western metagames.

Part of what we publish is free. The paid tier, “Edge”, is a monthly subscription that gives access to private channels in our Discord server, where the subscriber-only reports are published.

3. Our payment provider is the seller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your payment details are handled by Paddle and are never received or stored by us.

4. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Edge is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time, through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the Discord role is removed.

We may change the price of a subscription. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

5. Your access is personal

An Edge subscription is for one person. Sharing your account, your Discord access, or redistributing subscriber-only reports outside the server is not permitted, and we may end the subscription without refund if it happens.

You are welcome to quote or reference our published figures elsewhere, including in your own content, as long as you credit Tsunami TCG.

6. What we do not promise

Everything we publish is informational analysis of publicly available tournament results. Card games involve variance and human decisions. We do not guarantee any competitive result, and nothing here should be read as a promise that a deck will perform in your events.

Data comes from third-party sources that we do not control. We make a genuine effort to be accurate and to disclose when a sample is small or a source is uncertain, but we cannot warrant that the underlying data is complete or error-free.

7. Availability

We aim to publish weekly, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted service. If the service is unavailable for a prolonged period, contact us and we will make it right.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached — in particular section 5 — or if required by law.

9. Not affiliated with Pokémon

Tsunami TCG is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Nothing here removes consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your own country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes affecting subscribers will be announced in the Discord server.
