Where we get the data
Japanese results come from the daily Gym Battle roundup on pokecabook and from pokekameshi, which accumulates across events — two independent sources, so a single day's noise doesn't become a headline. Western results come from Limitless TCG: tens of thousands of tournament finishes per season.
When a sample is small, we say so in the piece instead of rounding it away.
